Who are The Leasing Guys and who regulates us ?

The Leasing Guys is a trading style of TLG Group Limited  (company registration number 14958008) and specialise in Personal and Business Vehicle leasing. Our registered office is: Stapeley House, London Road, Stapeley, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 7JW

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority – Firm reference 999609. This can be verified by visiting the FCA’s website. We are a member of the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Agency) – Membership Number 10940

Do we charge for our services?

We charge a fee for our services, the exact amount payable will be highlighted on your order/quote form:

• Business orders: up to £750+VAT
• Personal orders: up to £900 Inc VAT

This charge is for the sourcing of a vehicle, sourcing of finance and order management and is non-refundable.

This sum will be confirmed to you on your Vehicle Order Form and will be payable on order. It will be payable by the following means:-

• Debit/Credit Card
• Bank Transfer

Delaying payment may result in delays in your order or effect the rates quotes.

In the event the order is cancelled at any point TLG Group Limited will retain the processing fee to cover costs and expenses incurred.

TLG Group Limited may earn commission from the funder/dealer relating to your order. For further details please email hello@theleasingguys.co.uk

Do we charge for cancellations?

To cancel your order please email hello@theleasingguys.co.uk with your Name, Order Reference, Vehicle Ordered and Reason for Cancellation. Upon receipt of your cancellation request TLG Group Limited will liaise with the funder and/or dealer and confirm any cancellation charges from them.

As is permitted by law, we will retain the processing fee to cover reasonable costs incurred in processing your requests.
